30 Weeks!

I just had my 30 week doctor appointment, and everything is looking good! Except my figure that is! :) No I really can't complain to much, I enjoy this phase of pregnancy much more than the first three or four months of sickness.

We are getting so excited to meet this little girl! But by no means ready yet. Thank goodness we still have 10 more weeks. We are still working on our "have to have mastered list" with Brooklyn before the baby comes.
1~Get rid of the Binki (done with that at 13 months, CHECK!)
2~Follows mom really well and stays close by in stores and things (for the most part she does really well, CHECK!)
3~Eats on her own with a fork (CHECK, though she prefers to use her hands. :)
4~Sleeping in a big girl bed (Her room is done, but we are waiting til after Christmas to move her into a real bed, kind of nervous about this.)
5~POTTY TRAINING!! (One of her Christmas gifts will be a little potty seat, we will see if she is interested and then possibly work on that before the baby gets here. If she's not interested, well than I'm not to worried about it. It would just be nice to not have two kids in diapers.)
Any advice??

  1. You look so cute and tiny!! I definitely do not have any potty training advice for you, but you should keep blogging through it. I am curious to see how it goes:)

  2. You look adorable!! Good luck with potty training. It is not fun. Although I have heard that girls are sooooo much easier than boys to train. Do a potty chart with stickers. Then she can see how good she is doing & how many times she has went. Zander was a hard one, but Brooklyn will probably do it quick!

  5. You're looking good!! Synjin was potty trained at 2 because he showed an interest. Ya,well, that lasted about a week until he realized it was better when he didn't have to take potty breaks! Then he didn't potty train again until 3 and it took like a day!The other boys were about the same. We always tried at around 2 and when that didn't quite work out we would just let them let us know when, around their 3rd birthday, and then usually within a day they were potty trained!Maybe Luke will be different...I have been changing diapers for 8 consecutive years! Good luck!
